The Fridge's new show will bring an inside look at DC street art, with artists like ASTROTWITCH, new to DC by way of Austin and San Francisco, as well as artists that have been shaping DC street styles for decades like Asad "ULTRA" Walker, and well-known artists like DECOY, who first showed at The Fridge's grand opening in '09, and Tim Conlon, who was in the National Portrait Gallery's "Recognize: Hip Hop and Contemporary Portraiture" in 2008. Also on view, select works from the hyper-talented HKS181, JAZI-ROCK, EXAKTLY, JEA Alexander Medina, Lidio Aries, G8R IBM, REI 21, and CRI.

"Street Market" is part of The Fridge's all art, all August "Fresh Prduce"- a one-month, packed chance to access the breadth and depth of the DC arts scene with six collectives including VESTIBULE, EMP, Beltway Poetry Slam and others and 40+ artists, including DECOY, ULTRA, Joseph Hale, Tim Conlon, HKS181, ASTROTWITCH, Josef Palermo and more.
