Local, self-taught, outsider artist Matt Sesow is hosting an open studio at his Adams Morgan space this Saturday, and it's open to the public. It was many years ago when I first attended one of his open studios, and I am so glad I did! Not only is Matt an amazingly talented artist, he is also a super cool guy, who I now consider a friend. Come chat with Matt about his life and his work over some adult beverages and snacks. Sift through his paintings, and maybe even take one or two home with you. He usually has some small pieces which he sells at a really great price.
