Join author, musician, teacher and long-time D.C. resident David Newcomb for a three-part workshop that will introduce you to Jyoti Meditation.

Newcomb has been practicing meditation since 1976 and worked for 28 years as a contract consultant for the law firm of Holland + Knight, LLP, where he provided litigation support services, specializing in construction contract disputes, until his retirement in 2010. In addition, David is a published author, and has written three stage plays and numerous poems. His more recent work includes a collection of spiritual songs, Satsangi Symphony and he is currently working on a musical which, like his meditation practice, focuses on spreading the message of love, unity and peace through meditation and service.
