"Thirteen Percent" (2012, 90 min), directed by DC filmmaker Art Jones, takes a probing look at how and why 13% of the population has come to account for 50% of all new HIV/AIDS diagnoses in the country, and asks what it will take to stop the epidemic within the black community. Film will be followed by a discussion with the director and co-producer and many of the DC-based experts and HIV-positive persons featured in the film."
