Join my friend Marissa for an all levels vinyasa flow practice. To honor the summer solstice, the class will focus on warming and heart opening postures. Come prepared for a creative and challenging, yet accessible, class. The class will balance active work with gentle, restorative shapes and cooling breathwork. Familiarity with sun salutations is recommended.

Live Performance of No Place Called Home
at the Kennedy Center Terrace Theater

Inspired by true stories of Iraqi refugees living in Lebanon, Jordan and Syria, the play will be introduced by UNHCR Goodwill Envoy Khaled Hosseini, author of The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns. A Q& A with the director and performer will follow the play.
