The East of the River Read-In will feature children's book authors from the DMV area. Several local authors will read fascinating stories and interact with children and their families. As a special treat, Sankofa Videos and Books will set up a pop-up store so everyone will have the opportunity to purchase books! Authors include: Yaba Baker, Sabrina Carter, Dr. Courtney Davis, Chenniah Patrick, Bulsby “Buzz” Duncan and
Donna and Aliyah Saunders.
