Throughout the year, the Brentwood Arts Exchange offers classes and workshops of interest to all ages – from children’s programs to learning opportunities for teens, adults, and working artists. This Tuesday and Wednesday night they join forces with the Washington Project for the Arts by offering two workshops as part of their "No Artist Left Behind" series. Registration is free, but space may be limited. Please register for each workshop separately.

Moderated by Lisa Gold. This panel discussion focusing on understanding the risks that can affect the value of an artist’s work, both before and after a sale, will offer a diverse range of perspectives from experts in the areas of insurance, valuation, and conservation.

Presented by Lauren Gentile. A participatory workshop where artists can sign up to have their work appraised by Contemporary Wing founder and independent appraiser, Lauren Gentile. Lauren will discuss the proper pricing of artworks, giving insight into the factors that affect pricing from the perspective of a gallerist and appraiser.
