"Broadly Speaking: Working Across Disciplines" brings together four artists whose interests and creative work transcend the tradition of working in a single medium. Tim Davis is one of these artists, "known for his acute eye for the odd detail and his sense of delight in the strangeness of the world. With a meticulous formal approach to image making, he ventures out into the world to create photographs, video, and writings that invite viewers to share in his delight and to shift their points of view on subjects as varied as the historical and contemporary life of the image, the notion of the monument, politics, and his home town".
